A reminder that every year Unico System participates in the CPD Road Seminar Tour which visits locations across the UK. Those attending are able to enhance their skills and knowledge on subjects of particular interest in the areas of the design, construction, fitting out, maintenance and regulation of buildings and other structures - both new-build and refurbishment projects. Attendance is free of charge and remaining dates in 2005 include:

Unico System is establishing a nationwide network of certified installers. These organisations have undergone comprehensive training in all aspects of the design, installation and operation of the Unico System in all types of buidings. They have also been identified by Unico as worthy of Certified Installer status through their existing business credentials and outstanding qualities of workmanship. This list is being continually added to, so keep your eyes on the Unico System web-site for further information. In the meantime, please contact Unico System for assistance in the selection of an installer for your new build or refurb project.

| EXHIBITION SUCCESSES |
|
It’s been a great start to the year for Unico System on the exhibition front. The company completed a highly successful show at the RAC Show, NEC, Birmingham in March. Great interest was shown in the company’s systems by contractors and specifiers from both the domestic and commercial sectors.
Meanwhile on the domestic front, the company is midway through a series of Homebuilding and Renovation exhibitions and has already completed shows in Birmingham, Glasgow and Belfast.

| NEW SALES MANAGER FOR IRELAND AND SCOTLAND |

Tony Whittaker was appointed earlier this year to manage sales operations in
Ireland and Scotland. Working with existing agents and Unico sales
representatives, Tony has brought a wealth of experience to the role, as
well as enthusiasm for the product and belief in its qualities.
"I've worked with the Unico product for some time," says Tony, "I have
always seen the potential for Unico and I can pass on my knowledge of the
benefits to new customers and agents looking to provide better comfort for
both residential and commercial premises."
A qualified metallurgist, Tony spent 17 years in engineering before
transferring his skills to the building sector in sales. He has experience
with a number of H&V products, including pumps and boilers.
Married last year and living in Belfast, Tony enjoys football and rugby,
following the fortunes of Ulster Rugby Club, as well as cricket; he is also
a keen wine enthusiast.
