UNICO SYSTEM TEAMS UP WITH RON WOODHAM
Unico System International, manufacturers of the mini-duct, high performance central heating and central cooling system, are teaming up with Woodham Management Services headed by Ron Woodham, to assist in market development in Europe. “We are delighted that Ron has agreed to use his unrivalled industry experience to assist us in setting up our network of European distributors and representatives,” says Scott Intagliata, Managing Director of Unico System International Limited.
Ron Woodham is an industry leading figure best known for his 25 plus years at HRP, during which time he rose through the sales and marketing ranks culminating his career with them in the position of Managing Director. Amongst his many achievements during that period, he opened new locations, changed and brought a new style and image to wholesaler branches and introduced the customer focussed same day delivery service, which has long become an industry standard of performance. He also established key account management principles and was instrumental in securing many market leading products.
He is extremely enthusiastic about the exciting opportunities that Unico System International offers: “The product really is unique and offers contractors, specifiers and end users a completely different solution for heating and cooling. My experience will be of major benefit in developing sales potential in Europe.”
Designed for both residential and commercial applications, the Unico System fits in wall, ceiling or floor cavities and delivers low energy costs combined with optimum comfort levels. With its specially-designed, flexible tubing, the system can be installed in almost any building with the minimum of disruption or space requirements. There are already nearly 1000 installations in the UK.
With the Unico System, comfort levels are maintained through the ability to control air precisely, with cooled or heated air, dehumidified and filtered. Air can be recirculated or up to 100% brought in from outside. The system appeals to heating and ventilation contractors because of its simplicity of installation and to specifiers as it has none of the design restrictions associated with traditional central heating systems.
